Facilities
The school was purpose built in 2000 and has 4 spacious, airy and naturally lit classrooms. In addition to this, we have some fantastic outdoor and breakout spaces.
Outdoor Areas
We have a large playground and field which are used each playtime and lunchtime by the children.
Our large grounds have also enabled us to build a Forest School area, mud kitchen, outdoor classroom and quiet area.
We have our own poly tunnel which is used by our Friday lunchtime gardening club. They have been working hard to grow and plant flowers and plants to further enhance our playground.
We have recently invested in some amazing new outdoor gym equipment which the children love to use at playtimes and lunchtimes!
Indoor spaces
Our classrooms are all spacious and we have fantastic outdoor areas in KS1 which are used by the children for continuous provision.
We have a very large hall which, as well as being used for lunch and collective worship, has gym equipment and is used for events such as Maths24 competitions, puzzle sessions and intergenerational board games!
Break-out Spaces
In addition to our classrooms, we have several extra spaces: The library, the study and the Shine Room. These are used for small group or 1:1 learning. They are well equipped with games, sensory areas, physio equipment, and interactive wipe boards.
